    Setup Requirements

    • Active Meta Business Account - You need a verified Meta Business Manager account (Facebook Account)
    • Business Phone Number – A unique phone number designated for use with the WhatsApp Business API, which must not already be active on the personal or standard WhatsApp application. Alternatively, an existing number can be unregistered from the WhatsApp app and then linked to the WhatsApp Business API for business use.
    • Not Mandatory Business Documentation - Legal business registration documents for verification (Company certificate/Licence).
    • Not Mandatory Website & Email - A verified business website and email for approval
    • ⚠️ Please note: Business verification is not required for WapsChat to function properly. However, Meta may limit your bulk messaging capacity if your business is not verified.
