WapsChat is a WhatsApp Business API platform powered by Leomart Integrated Solutions Ltd. and approved by Meta as Tech provider, It allows businesses to automate messaging, send notifications, manage customer support, and integrate WhatsApp features into their applications or websites.
Any business that wants to communicate with customers via WhatsApp at scale can use WapsChat. This includes retail, hospitality, e-commerce, real estate, fintech, and service-oriented businesses.
To get started, you need a registered WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), a Meta Business Manager ID, and access to a Facebook Developer App. Once ready, you can integrate WapsChat into your system using our platform or API, click the ‘WhatsApp Onboarding in the side menu or click HERE to accelerate your onboarding process.
No. A Meta app is required to access the WhatsApp Cloud API and connect your business to WapsChat. WapsChat simplifies most of the onboarding steps.
It’s a long-lived authentication token generated in your Meta Business Manager for your System User. It allows WapsChat to send messages and access WhatsApp Business API on behalf of your business. Often called a “permanent token.”
After connecting your WABA and token, go to the “WhatsApp Chat” section in the dashboard, click a number that has interacted with your business, compose your message, and hit send.
Yes. We provide REST API endpoints and a copy-paste widget script that lets visitors start WhatsApp chats directly from any webpage.
You can create sub-accounts directly from your WapsChat Dashboard. Each sub-account supports its own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), dedicated phone number, message templates, and billing settings.
Alternatively, you can add multiple numbers to your WapsChat profile, but note that only one number can be active for bot automation, while the others can be used exclusively for bulk messaging.
Your messaging limits will remain capped (e.g., 250 messages) until full verification is passed.
Open My profile → at bottom, click “Delete My Account”.
If stuck, open a support ticket with the request-ID.

Yes. We act as a data-processor, offer data-export & deletion tools, sign DPAs, and keep audit logs for every message.
In the side menu, select ‘Settings,’ then go to ‘WhatsApp Setup.’ Enter your credentials and press ‘Save’.

Fast Onboarding (You Own the WABA)

In this method, you connect your Meta Business Manager directly to WhatsApp using Meta’s Cloud API. This gives you full ownership and control:

    • You own the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
    • You manage your own message templates
    • You retain full administrative rights

    Free Tier & Messaging Quota:
Each WABA receives 1,000 free conversations per calendar month—allocated at the WABA level, not per phone number. If you have multiple numbers under the same WABA, they all draw from this shared pool. Once exhausted, standard Meta pricing applies per conversation or message (view current rates in your Meta Developer Console).

    Pros:

    • ✅ Full ownership of your WhatsApp presence
    • ✅ Transparent, direct billing from Meta (no third-party markup)
    • ✅ Greater control over templates and settings

    Cons:

    • ⚠️ You’re responsible for completing Meta’s business verification process
    • ⚠️ Some setup steps require official business documentation and approval

This path is ideal for businesses that want autonomy, scalability, and direct integration with Meta’s infrastructure.

Email support@wapschat.ng or use WhatsApp link or open the live-chat bubble inside the dashboard. Average first-response time is under 30 minutes.
